University Football League Fixtures Out

UCU is the defending champions having beaten St Lawrence University 2-1 in 2019.

The 10th Edition of the Pepsi University Football League will start on 5th April with defending Champions Uganda Christian University (UCU) battling it out with Victoria University at the new pitch in Mukono.

The different Universities are already promising to prove the might of their teams in this year’s UFL, many have promised their fans to be crowned the champions at the end of the season.

Makerere University which has been on a ban for two years seems to be set for the competitions and indeed their head coach promised the best for the fans.

Makerere University has been scheduled for 12th March where they will host underdogs YMCA as they make their second appearance in the league while Ndejje University is to lock horns with Uganda Martyrs University (UMU) at Ndejje grounds.

  • Group A: Kumi University, Uganda Christian University, Victoria University, International University of East Africa
  • Group B: Muni University, Makerere University Business School (MUBS), Nkumba University, University of Kisubi
  • Group C: Kabale University, Kyambogo University, Bishop Stuart University
  • Group D: Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST), St. Lawrence University (SLAU), YMCA, Makerere University
  • Group E: Gulu University, Uganda Martyrs University, Ndejje University, Kampala University
  • Group F: Islamic University In Uganda (IUIU), Bugema University, Busitema University
