Kyambogo University graduates requested to update personal details for transcript printing

Kyambogo University graduated 9,521 students on its 17th Graduation ceremony that happened in September this year.

Kyambogo University graduated 9,521 students on its 17th Graduation ceremony that happened in September this year.

The latest on our desk indicates that the University is in the process of printing transcripts and certificates for participants in the 17th Graduation.

However, there has been a hiccup as some graduates have missing critical details.

Therefore the Vice-Chancellor of Kyambogo University, Prof Elly Katunguka through a letter requested the graduates to update the respective portals with the required data.

“I would like to call upon you to verify data on your individual portals, like date of birth and passport size photographs, and update where necessary to enable the accurate and smooth printing of the academic documents,” the VC requested.

You are requested to provide the missing information using the following channels:

Visit the University computer lab to take and update your photo on the portal
Send date of birth information and softcopy of a passport photo to
Follow the links below to fill the date of birth information: a) b) https://forms.ple/mNTrAaitevP/PMKy5
NB: If you provide the information using 1&2 above, you do not need to fill the forms via the given links in 3.

The concerned parties are reminded that the validation process should not take longer than Friday 19th November 2021.” The letter read.
