SAD! KIU student found Lifeless in her Room

KIU is still mourning the death of their student has been a fourth-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery

It’s all darkness and sorrow at Kampala International University – KIU (western campus) as they mourn the death of their own student. The death of Akakunda Evas happened on Monday this week.

She has been a fourth-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery at KIU and was reported dead on Monday 4th April 2022.

Sources reveal Akankunda was found lying lifeless in her room in Kiryandongo town where she had been attached to Kiryandongo General Hospital doing her final internship.

Police confirmed the death of the student and revealed they are investigating the circumstances that might have led to Akankunda’s death.
