Julia Muhumuza Named Best Student from MUBS with 4.91 CGPA

Julia Muhumuza is a former Guild President aspirant and has been a Bachelor of International Business student at MUBS’ main campus in Nakawa

As preparations for the 72nd Graduation ceremony proceed, Makerere University Business School (MUBS) has revealed Julia Muhumuza as its best student for this year’s graduation.

Julia Muhumuza, a Bachelor of International Business student at MUBS’ main campus in Nakawa has been recognized as the best student with a CGPA of 4.91 out of 5.0.

“Ms. Muhumuza Julia from Bachelors In International Business is MUBS’s best student for the Mak 72nd graduation ceremony with a CGPA of 4.91. Congratulations Julia,” MUBS announced on its media platform.

When the good news reached Julia, she expressed her gratitude to the institution and thanked the Almighty for enabling her to Excell in academics despite the busy schedule she has been having.

“Amidst participating in two campaigns, one as Guild President Aspirant & Vice President UNSA, disturbing friends to discuss for me, sleepless nights to compensate time and make it in my academics, I made it, now it is real, I am so happy and I don’t know how to express my happiness. Grateful to God, family, and supportive friends who held my hand through it all,” she happily stated.

While in her second year, Julia contested for the MUBS Guild presidency where she came third in the race of four candidates. Later on, she was appointed as the Guild minister for Gender.

Currently, she serves as the Vice President of the Uganda National Students’ Association (UNSA).
