Canary Mugume stings Makerere University over incompetence

Canary Mugume claims that he stopped his sister from joining the University when a friend failed to get their results for over six years and fear of the sex predators at the University.

Canary Mugume claims that he stopped his sister from joining the University when a friend failed to get their results for over six years and fear of the sex predators at the University.

It is without a doubt that Makerere University is one of the finest Universities in Africa and the world at large.

It is a premium University that is the dream of every young Ugandan but not many get a chance to join.

Most of the young people are snubbed by the University but most recently, the reason has been the incompetence that has dominated at Makerere Hill.

After scandals of “sex for marks”, students’ results have often disappeared in thin air and left many cursing.

Among these is NBS Journalist Canary Mugume’s friend who has failed to graduate since 2015 because of missing marks. “That’s the same day I canceled my young sister’s application to Makerere. I don’t think she should face this suffering. I don’t want her dreams shattered. So yes. Center of incompetence.” He tweeted.

Canary Mugume who recently married his childhood sweetheart went ahead to claim that he stopped his sister from joining the University because of incompetence by the University and the sex predators that could shatter her dreams. “That’s the same day I canceled my young sister’s application to Makerere. I don’t think she should face this suffering. I don’t want her dreams shattered. So yes. Center of incompetence.” He added.

Well, Canary Mugume attended IUEA and we are not certain if it is the reason why he deserted the Makerere based University
