Blaq Diamond to perform at Blankets and Wine 10th Anniversary

Blankets and Wine gives an Urban-Afrocentric experience through an exceptional display of talent through live music, fashion, and art.

Tusker Cider and House of DJs have added Blaq Diamond as the latest addition to the lineup of performers that will grace the stage at the upcoming edition of Blankets and Wine, slated for 24th July at the Lugogo Cricket Oval.

The announcement was made at a press briefing and media immersion hosted at the Naguru Skyz Hotel.

Blaq Diamond – a South African Afro-Pop South African duo popularly for the hit “Summer yo Muthi – join Nigerian songstress Ayra Star, both of whom will perform alongside Zulitums, Joshua Baraka, Aliddeki Brian, DJ Ssesse, and others.

Speaking at the press briefing at Naguru Skys hotel, Agaba Tumusiime, the UBL Reserve Brand Ambassador said that Tusker Cider is once again excited to come on board for this edition.

“This is yet another great opportunity for us to further immerse our customers into the brand and all it has to offer for anyone that’s looking for newer and more exciting ways to have a good time.

“Sponsoring this edition is yet another recognition of the role Blankets and wine has played in promoting the fashion and entertainment industries and we are glad to be affiliated by bringing more exciting Tusker Cider experiences closer to our customers during this experience,” He added.

This edition of Blankets – just like the previous ones – will feature lots of live music, fashion, and art in addition to a top-billed Tusker Cider experience with lots of exciting games and discounted drinks.

Early bird tickets are available at UGX 100,000 and are available at Kenji’s (Kisementi), SNV (Bugolobi), Zone 7 (Mbuya), and the Wine Garage (Muyenga), Kanyana’s Bakery (Kiwatule) and Shisa Nyama Village (Bugolobi).
