WCW : UCU’s Winnie Atim wants to build a Tech Company in future

Atim Winnie is a 22-year-old pursuing a Diploma in information Technology at Mukono based Uganda Christian University

Atim Winnie Ojwang is a fresher at Uganda Christian University, Mukono. The jolly 22-year-old pursuing a Diploma in information technology believes she can build a big tech company and can go as far as the United Kingdom with her ICT skills.

Atim has always been the talk of many ever since she made her first step at UCU, this is because she is bold, intelligent and always looking out for others.

In an interview, Atim revealed that UCU was the best choice for her because its capable of helping her achieve her bigger dreams.

“I chose the university because it’s one of the best decent, with good quality and favor. I am assured with UCU, they can get the best out of me” she said.

The beautiful Atim says she spends her free time listening to music and her heart is all out for Swangz avenue.

“My favorite music record label is Swangz Avenue, I think it is the best group on earth. Together with my family, we are devoted Swangz fans. We have all their albums, many videotapes, books, posters, gadgets, and interviews. I love them”

Through the interview, we understand Atim who hails from Acholi is really fascinated with Winnie Nwagi’s music.

Atim as well loves dancing and we understand this has before paid her bills.

“I have always been good at Dancing I like B.Girl, Butterfly, Leg work. I have so far not danced in any dance group except Y.T.D which was formed by my Favorite Dancer Eddy Wizzy” here the dancer in her blew out when Winnie Nwagi’s “Fire dancer” played.

Atim says her inspiration has always been her mother and she dreams of owning one of the biggest Tech companies.

“My mother is one big inspiration but I want to do something big through ICT, like a tech company, I admire people like Ellon Musk, guys owning Amazon, Tesla. In Uganda people like Ronnie of Jumia company,” she says.
